This weekend's triple header of competitive eating
This weekend will be very busy. There are 3 big contests all happening this weekend. All three have pretty big prize purses and will therefore be packed with intense competition. I can't wait to take part in all three.
First there is the Kolache Factory contest in Houston at the Astros game.
Second there is the grits contest at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, Loisiana
Third and definitely not least is La Costena Jalapenos in Chicago.
The first two will be OK, but that last one will most definitely finish me off. Unfortunately my schedule dictates that I will have to go straight to the airport from the jalapeno contest. Ouch! I am not going to sleep well Sunday night. :o( Ugh. I don't even want to think about it. No pain no gain. Who is willing to feel the heat?
