Joey doesn't know anything, grits are the most important and delicious breakfast staple.
Maybe Joey should try it with some sharp cheddar cheese melted into it. I like to crumble bacon into my serving of grits. I would probably bring a couple of pounds of bacon to a grits contest instead of jugs of water and some eggs while I'm at it!
Preach it hungrysisters! I am always down for additions because grits are good with anything. Dang Jon, now I am freaking starving.
